The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful to recognize our own inner spiritual authority. If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we will experience true happiness; but if our mind is not peaceful, we will find it very difficult to be happy, even if we are living in the very best conditions. Meditation can be the catalyst to this happiness that seems so elusive. It can allow us to go from the head to the heart to the soul. If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we will experience a purer and purer form of happiness. Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.

As a professional psychic medium, Jock Brocas has had years of trial and error to master his own way of meditation. It is very difficult to meditate when your mind is full of discursive thoughts. This is why you will find it difficult to meditate, yet there are a few techniques to master this and many ways of reducing the discursive process within the mind.

Meditation Podcast Course

This course was the result of requests made by former students who wished to learn how to meditate and who could regularly go back to the course to continually learn. It became apparent that not all people can make it to a seminar and often find it difficult to get the time to study a course like this. This is why i am bringing the course to you in a properly laid out format that you can refer to time and time again or even use as a daily or monthly meditation ritual.
